I selected the wrong size/color/address. Can I change it?

After Shipment: We'll contact the carrier to see if changes are possible. If not, and the product received is unsuitable, this cannot be considered a quality issue and is the customer's responsibility.

I received a damaged product. What should I do?

My package shows "Delivered" but I haven't received it. What should I do?

Step 4: Wait until the end of the next day (carriers sometimes mark packages "delivered" while still in transit)
